Your tumbler ships within 24-48 hours after the order received.

2, What carrier do you use for shipping

I use USPS priority shipping 1-3 day delivery.

3, Do you include insurance

It is included up to $50

I do not accept refunds, unless you've ordered something custom and there has been a mistake on my part

(for example spelled a name wrong, wrong type of font etc) you will then be asked to send the tumbler back so

I can either fix it, or make a new one, but you will have to send the Tumbler back to me.

All Tumblers are shipped USPS Priority 1-3 day shipping I include an insurance up to $50. Once they are picked up by USPS and are shipped I can not be responsible for the items. If there is an issue with your item when it arrives please contact me within 24 hours via email.
